CUIP presence at the “XXII Psychology Meeting in the Algarve” and at the “IV Junior Research Symposium”
On the 8th and 9th of May, 2024, the “XXII Psychology Meeting in the Algarve” was held, in person and online.
Held since 2002, “this Meeting is the one that most marks the identity of Psychology at UAlg, particularly in the relationship with the institutions that host our interns and that are our partners, in the employability of our students, and in action research projects” , said the CUIP Coordinator, Saúl de Jesus, in the opening session.
A two-day event with conferences, thematic workshops, presentation of internship institutions, provided a space for enriching discussions, exchange of knowledge and meetings between professionals and students, for more than 100 participants.
Centered on the theme “Interfaces between Intervention and Research in Psychology”, seeking to accentuate the close relationships between intervention and research, as a basis for evidence-based practices, this Meeting included the “IV Junior Research Symposium” and the “Symposium CUIP: Interfaces of Basic and Applied Psychology”.
