CUIP members publish about practical implications of research

The fourth issue of the Journal of Psychology for Psychologists is now available in digital format.

In this issue there was collaboration from researchers from some Research Centers in Portugal, namely CUIP.

The first issue of this Journal was launched in 2021, with an annual periodicity and being the responsibility of the National Psychology Forum and owned by the Order of Portuguese Psychologists.

Saúl de Jesus, Coordinator of CUIP and also Coordinator of the National Psychology Forum, is the Editor of this Journal, with Rute Brites being a member of the Editorial Board.

The published articles cover diverse topics, focusing on the practical implications of results from investigations carried out in the field of Psychology. The validity of the results of these investigations has already been confirmed by the scientific community, as they must have already been presented in articles published in journals indexed in Scopus or the Web of Science. For the Journal of Psychology for Psychologists, articles must be rewritten in Portuguese, in a synthetic way and focused on the practical implications arising from the investigations carried out. As mentioned in the Editorial Note by Saúl de Jesus, “this Journal provides useful knowledge to psychologists who work in professional contexts, contributing to psychological practice based on scientific evidence.”

This issue of the Journal can be seen here.
