Criteria to be a collaborator researcher of CUIP

At a meeting of the CUIP Scientific Committee, held on 28-05-2024, it was decided that CUIP collaborating members may be CUIP doctoral students who successfully completed their thesis, teachers/researchers from one of the four universities that are part of CUIP, or teachers/researchers who collaborate with integrated CUIP members.

In the case of the latter, they must meet one of the following criteria:

  • h in Scopus equal to or greater than 3;
  • Publication of 3, or more, articles in journals indexed in Scopus, in the last 4 years;
  • Supervision of 3 or more doctoral theses in the last 4 years;
  • Coordination of at least one project with national or international funding in the last 4 years.

The request to be a contributing member of CUIP must be made by the interested party and validated by at least one integrated member of CUIP.

Collaborating members who want funding for any investigation, must complete the CUIP productivity table, for the year previous, and get more than 40 points.
This financing will be subject to the availability of the CUIP financial resources.
