The final results of the competition for evaluation and funding of R&D Units by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) were released on July 21, 2025.

Of the 12 Research Centers evaluated by the Psychology panel, 3 received “Excellent,” 3 “Very Good,” 5 “Good,” and 1 “Poor.”

CUIP received a “Good” rating, and it the Research Center with the highest funding in this score, particularly due to the panel’s very positive assessment of the project presented for the coming years.
