CUIP extension activities allow connections between Basic and Applied Psychology
Alexandra Reis, coordinator of the Basic Psychology Group at CUIP, gave a lecture on March 13, 2024, contributing to a rapprochement between Basic Psychology and Applied Psychology, through extension activities.
As part of the School Guidance subject, 8th year students went to the University of Algarve to attend the lecture “How does our memory work?”
Students reflected on study methods and learned about the various types of memory, the processes that occur in the brain and how they can improve memory.
